Support

Ondra is a simple contraction timer for iPhone and iPad.

Contact support

Send a message to Ondra Support for app help, feedback, or privacy questions. No sign-in is required. A reply email is optional and is not published. Please include your iOS version and a description of the issue, but do not include contraction timings, medical information, or care-team contact details.

The form is hosted by Google. Your message and any reply email you choose to provide are used only to handle your request; responses are not public. See Google’s privacy policy.

Time a contraction

Tap Start contraction when it begins, and End contraction when it ends. Spacing is measured from the start of one contraction to the start of the next. A running timer continues to show elapsed time when you reopen the app.

Correct or share timings

In History, use Add timing for a missed entry, or open an entry’s menu to edit or delete it. Use Share to send your recorded timings through an app of your choice. New session clears the current timing history after confirmation.

Save your care team’s numbers

Tap the phone button to enter an optional care team name and separate working-hours and after-hours numbers. The fields save automatically. Clear the fields to remove the numbers.

Understand the estimate

The familiar 5–1–1 guideline describes contractions approximately five minutes apart, approximately one minute long, for about an hour. Ondra’s Guide explains its software matching ranges and links to medical references. The ranges are not clinically validated cutoffs.

Medical help

Technical support is not a medical advice service. Ondra cannot diagnose labor, assess you or your baby, or decide when to go to hospital. Follow your maternity team’s advice and contact them whenever concerned. Do not wait for an app pattern. For an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your data

The developer cannot retrieve your timings or care contact details. They are stored on your device. See the privacy policy for storage, sharing, and deletion details.
